Mention mise-en-scene BY NAME when you discuss costume, lighting, acting set and props. Also, you need to refer to the audience more – what is the effect of the technique that you are explaining? How does it set the audience up for being curious to watch the rest of the film? Atmosphere. Mood. Tension. Humour. Drama etc.
